The ultrasonic cavitation generator (USCG) was developed to reduce the viscosity of petroleum products during its transportation. It has high performance, the ability to obtain ultrasonic radiation of significant power and concentrate it in a limited space. In combination with cavitation it affects the change in structural viscosity of crude production (heavy oil).

USCG has a fairly simple design and small dimensions, which makes it possible to use not only in pipelines, but also as part of pumping units for oil production. At the same time, USCG does not require any additional maintenance.

The use of USCG in oil treatment makes it possible to solve the following problems:
reduction of loads on the moving parts of downhole equipment;
